PTC Web Desk: In North-East Delhi, a part of the Gokulpuri metro station collapsed on Thursday morning. As per initial reports, four persons are reported to have sustained injuries, though official confirmation is awaited.
It is learnt that one person, who got trapped beneath the debris, sustained serious injuries, while others escaped with minor ones.
Currently, local police and metro staff are on the site and cranes and JCBs have been pressed into service to clear the debris. Efforts are underway to identify the injured individuals. The investigation into the incident is underway and more details are awaited.
