Bengaluru blast suspect changes appearance, takes buses | Action Punjab

ACTION PUNJAB NEWS Desk: In a significant development in the investigation into the Rameshwaram Cafe blast in Bengaluru, CCTV footage has revealed that the suspect underwent multiple changes in attire and appearance before and after the explosion.

According to officials familiar with the investigation, the suspect was captured on CCTV cameras altering his clothing and physical appearance several times in the vicinity of the blast site.

Police authorities, after scrutinizing three separate CCTV recordings, disclosed that the suspect appeared in different outfits during various stages of the incident. The first footage depicts the suspect’s arrival at the cafe around 11:45 am on March 1, allegedly to plant an Improvised Explosive Device (IED). At that time, he was observed wearing a full-sleeved shirt, a light-colored polo cap, glasses, and a face mask.

Subsequently, the suspect was spotted boarding a bus

Another CCTV clip captured him on a different bus around 2:30 pm, wearing a purple half-sleeve T-shirt and a black cap. Although he still wore a mask, he had discarded his glasses by this point.

In the third video, recorded at Bellary Central Bus Stand around 9 pm, the suspect was seen without a cap or glasses.
