Additional Sessions Judge Hardeep Kaur granted police 45 more days to complete the investigation after the prosecution filed an application on their behalf, claiming that certain reports were still pending and that scrutinising voluminous data would take time.

The Delhi Police had asked the judge to give them three more months to complete their investigation.
