PTC Web Desk: In a significant breakthrough, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested a man believed to be associated with the recent explosion at Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru, which left nine injured. He has been identified as Shabir, who was arrested fro Ballary this morning. The police say Shabir is suspected to have connections with the prime suspect, who was caught on security cameras leaving a bag at the cafe on the day of the blast.
The NIA, which assumed control of the investigation on March 3, has called upon the public to aid in identifying the prime suspect responsible for planting the Improvised Explosive Device (IED) at Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru. Surveillance footage from the day of the incident revealed the suspect’s movements, including his presence at a bus station and subsequent change of attire. Investigators have determined that he travelled by bus to various locations following the blast.

In response to the incident, Rameshwaram Cafe has resumed operations with bolstered security measures. Metal detectors have been installed at the entrance, and customers are subject to screening using handheld detectors to ensure the safety of all patrons and staff.
