ACTION PUNJAB NEWS Desk: Late Punjabi singer and rapper Sidhu Moosewala’s father Balkaur Singh on Wednesday opened up about the rumours going around his family and requested everyone not to believe them.
Taking to Facebook, Balkaur Singh posted “We are grateful to Sidhu’s fans who are concerned about our family. But, please, there are so many rumours about the family that they cannot be believed. The family will share whatever news they have with you all.”
Rumours circulated about Sidhu Moosewala’s mother, Charan Kaur, being pregnant at the age of 58. According to media reports, Kaur underwent in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) and successfully conceived. However, the family has yet to officially confirm the news.
In the midst of all of this speculation, his father has issued a statement, urging everyone not to believe any rumours.
Sidhu Moosewala, 28, was fatally shot on May 29, 2022, in Mansa. The Punjabi singer was shot at point blank range and declared dead upon arrival at Mansa Civil Hospital.
The assailants fired more than 30 rounds at Moosewala, who was discovered slumped in the driver’s seat by locals.
