Noida tragedy: In a horrific, tragic and spine-chilling incident, Class 7 student reportedly fell from the 22nd floor of a residential skyscraper, resulting in his tragic death.
Authorities suspect it to be a case of taking own life.
As per the reports, 14-year-old boy had recently completed his annual examinations, and his results are anticipated to be disclosed on Thursday.
The dreadful incident unfolded on March 13 at 5:30 pm at the society within Supertech Eco Village 3 group housing society in Bisrakh when Ansh (14), a seventh-grade student and a resident of the society died on the spot after falling from the 22nd floor of a residential building.
As per the reports, the 14-year-old student parents are music teachers and Ansh recently completed his Class 7 annual examinations with results awaited on Thursday.
After investigation, the police officer stated that the family couldn’t ascertain if the boy was under any academic or examination result-related pressure, nor could they determine what led him to take such drastic action.
Meanwhile, in the similar incident last month, a class 12 student in Noida tragically passed away after purportedly jumping from the 22nd floor of his building, mere hours after sitting for a board examination.
The 19-year-old boy had also faced difficulties in clearing the examination the previous year.
In Uttar Pradesh, authorities have frequently urged individuals, including students from schools and colleges, to utilise the emergency number 112 for assistance in situations involving suicidal ideation.
