ACTION PUNJAB NEWS Desk: West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee suffered major injury to her forehead, the party said.
The All India Trinamool Congress posted photos of Banerjee in a hospital bed, with a deep cut on her forehead and blood. According to sources, she suffered injuries at home and was rushed to Kolkata’s SSKM Hospital.

Taking to X, TMC posted, “Our chairperson Mamata Banerjee sustained a major injury. Please keep her in your prayers.”

“Wishing Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee a speedy recovery. Our prayers are with her for a quick return to good health,” Sukanta Majumdar, state president of TMC stated.
