After being informed by locals, police rushed to the scene and eventually stopped the rogue car by parking a crane across the road.
When the car came to a stop, the couple was reluctant to get out. Police had to use force to drag them out, they claimed.
Police said the two were under the influence of drugs, and they seized five grammes of ganja from the car.
