    Sachin Tendulkar meets Thalaiva: After the auspicious, momentous and spiritually profound occasion of the Pratishtha ceremony and unveiling of the iconic and significant Ram Lalla idol at the Shri Ram Janmaboomi Temple in Ayodhya which was attended by several famous personalities, political figures, high-profile people and celebrities; legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar met an actor, icon, an inspiration, one of his kind -‘Thalaiva’ superstar Rajinikanth at the Pran Pratishtha ceremony in Ayodhya and recorded a video with him. 

    Treating his fans with special videos, Tendulkar took to his Instagram handle to shared the video, he recorded at the Ram Mandir Inauguration ceremony.

    He captioned the video, “Happy to be at the new Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Its astounding architecture is set to impress anyone who pays a visit. Glad to have received Shri Ram’s blessings.” 

    The video shared by Sachin Tendulkar begins with a helicopter gracefully showering flower petals over the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple premises in Ayodhya. Subsequently, the video showcases Sachin Tendulkar and Rajinikanth, elegantly dressed in kurta and pyjama, posing together during the auspicious event.

    About Pran Pratistha ceremony 

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the rituals of the “Pran Pratishtha” ceremony at the “historic” Ram temple in Ayodhya on Monday after which the significant  Ram Lalla idol was unveiled at the Shri Ram Janmaboomi Temple.

    After the “Pran Pratishtha” ceremony, PM Modi performed the ‘aarti’ of the Ram Lalla idol at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya.

    The Prime Minister after that performed ‘parikrama’ of the deity and did ‘dandvat pranam’. This act of devotion, characterized by prostrating fully with one’s forehead touching the ground, is a mark of utmost reverence and humility in Hindu tradition.
