ACTION PUNJAB NEWS Desk: Chandigarh Police have blocked a road at the Chandigarh-New Chandigarh border, but vehicles heading to PGI are permitted entry. Restrictions apply only to tractor-trolleys and protesters. Traffic congestion was observed near Civil Hospital in Phase 6, Mohali, due to barricading on the Chandigarh border.
